Q: How long does it take to prepare a feasibility study?

A: Our typical feasibility study takes 7 – 14 business days. Longer for more complex projects.

Q: Can you do rush-jobs?

A: Yes, in most cases. They usually cost a little more.

Q: How much does a feasibility study cost?

A: Each study is different – so it depends on the scope/size of the project. Once we know the project-parameters, we’ll send a proposal with a quote for review.

Q: Do you accept credit cards or checks?

A: No. Wire Transfer Only.

Q: Do you require a retainer to begin work?

A: Yes. 75% retainer and the remaining 25% balance is due upon receipt of the first draft.

• Sometimes we require 100% pre-payment on rush-jobs, small projects, or on other concerning-factors.

Q: Do you issue refunds?

A: Only if we can’t do the work. If there is an issue, we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Q: Do you do work outside the United States?

A: Yes. We have clients all over the world.
